Telling The Product Story for Huggg.
The Challenge.
Huggg app allows you to send anyone a treat which they can pick up in real life. It could be ‘Happy birthday’ a cake or a coffee to say ‘You worked hard on this’.
Looking to grow their user base, Huggg needed a strategy to drive consideration & installs whilst also showing off their new look and feel.
The Strategy.
We identified the core barrier to action was understanding. We needed to show how the Huggg app works in a fast and effective way.
To do this we isolated three product first territories to test.

Social fucntion: Share a Huggglink through a message
Variety: There are a range of treats avaliable
The Creative.
Creative was all under 15 seconds, amplifying the core brand colours & elements throughout. We open each video on a hook and optimise for sound-off viewing using eyecatching dynamic text animations.
Having three videos across two platfroms allows a starting point to test the Huggg social approach.
